Packing my 1962 Missal Kit

My Checklist

A) 1 - Mantilla - check, (3 actually 1 black, one black and gold, one beige.)

B) 1 - Rosary - check. (clear crystal, with medallion of Pope Benedict XVI )

C) 1 - 1962 copy of the Ordinary of the ExtraOrdinary Form of the Mass, including an appendix which encludes the different Prefaces re: Lent, Advent Christmas, Easter etc etc etc and the prayers before and after mass.
Anyone know where I can get the last item, preferably from a store, I dislike ordering on-line, and would prefer to avoid it unless absoutely necessary. Oh the store need be in Toronto, ON,Canada.
