News Coverage of Humanae Vitae.

There was a fair amount of news coverage of Humanae Vitae for its fortieth anniversary. I read some of it, and every piece I read was terrible. Unfortunately- or perhaps fortunately- I cannot find any of the pieces I read online, so I can't link to them. Take my word for it. One piece in particular that was published in The Sun struck me as particularly bad. The "writer" tracked down leaders of two dissident "Catholic" groups and asked them a few questions. The answers of the leaders formed the bulk of the piece. Their opinions ranged from wanting to bash the Vatican with a baseball bat to thinking the job would be better done with a tire iron. Seriously, since when did taking dictation from people with whom one is in total agreement constitute investigative journalism?
