Update on Brother In Law's condition

He has stabilized, for the moment.  He is still on the ventilator and heavily sedated, as he finds it uncomfortable and tends to thrash around, and it is important he lies still.  The doctors are hopeful he will get thorugh the current crisis, but, as I said. his health is gone.
