Wonderful, isn't it? I've heard dozens- nay, hundreds- of good recordings of that aria, but a recording like this is in a class all its own.
I am sometimes tempted to record my own singing and post it here, but I am secretly terrified that I would sound more like the male equivalent of Florence here, rather than the Del Monaco I believe myself to be.
