Seriously? As opposed to what?
When doing some grocery shopping today, I noticed the store was selling- and I am not making this up- something called "vegi logs" as a responsible alternative to regular logs. Seriously. They were advertising that their logs were made from plants.

NOOOOOOOOOO!
Someone is making a movie out of Milton's Paradise Lost.
This after last year, when someone turned Dante's Inferno into a video game, except Dante was now a hardened and disillusioned crusader returning from battle to find Beatrice murdered and her soul stolen, so he steals death's scythe and starts cutting his way through Hell. I shudder to think what they will do with Paradise Lost.
By the way, the video game apparently had disappointing sales.
Why, oh why, can't movie makers and video gamers leave the classics alone?
